Chewy Granola Macaroons

Makes 4 dozen cookies: Preheat oven to 350°.
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup maple sugar granules
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp sea salt
Add and mix in:
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- ¼ cup raisins
- 1 cup coconut/almond or other granola
Drop spoonfuls onto greased baking sheets, and bake about 10 minutes until golden.
