
What is medical strength training?
Medical strength training involves targeted weight training aimed at rehabilitating specific areas affected by acute or chronic injuries, weakness, or pain.
Who qualifies?
Anyone who is having trouble getting back into their daily routine, those who want to be able to pick up their sport of choice again, or taking part in activities that they want to do in life.
Every session is tailored to the patient’s age, skill level, and requirements. Strength training is beneficial for all!

What does each session include?
- Initial consultation (not included in package) where we discuss your injury and areas of concern, and see if you are a good candidate for medical strength training.
- Your movements will be evaluated and we will get you comfortable with the different types of exercises covered in each session.
- Training sessions (4, 6, or 8 sessions) include warm-up and cool-down routines. We will use different types of equipment to strengthen and rehabilitate the area of concern.
- Exercises may include bodyweight, resistance bands, and/or free weights.
- We may also incorporate the use of myofascial release to relax muscles; Ex. cupping, Arthrostim, and Muscle Release Technique (MRT)
