1 teaspoon green tea leaves (if not using tea for your liquid)
1 teaspoon maca powder (found on Amazon or health food stores)
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
1 frozen banana
1 scoop protein powder (hemp or pea)
1 tablespoon seed oil (hemp, chia, Udo or flax)
