In a large cooking pot combine:

 

6-8 large carrots

 

2 zucchini

 

1/3 bunch of celery

 

2 tomatoes

 

1 wedge of cabbage (optional)

 

 

Cover with water, cook for 1 ½ hours, sip as a tea

 

You may add parsley or greens
